The UglyCry.Club holds 30-minute online gatherings where you give your nervous system permission to release what it’s been carrying without apology.
Together-but-private, we hold space for the meaning behind your tears, letting them flow in whatever way they need to.

Anyone who feels like they could use a good cry is welcome to join, just as you are.
You never have to justify your reasons, and your needs are always valid, no matter how big or small they feel. We honor you for prioritizing your well-being and showing up for yourself. -
No, your microphone and camera settings will remain turned off during the session. Only your host will be visible and heard. This is intentional.
The sessions are designed to provide a space for personal emotional release. Simply knowing that others are also in their own process of letting go can offer each other a sense of solace. There are no disruptions, expectations, interactions, or influences by others.
Only the quiet comfort of shared presence, where simply existing alongside one another is enough.

Each live session lasts 30 minutes. We’ll take 5 minutes at the start for everyone to get settled. Then, we’ll begin with a brief opening to set the tone. After that, we’ll spend 15 minutes releasing those tears, followed by a short guided meditation to gently transition you back into your day.
